Order Processing Time

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once shipped, delivery is managed by our third-party couriers.

Little Swim Store is not liable for delays, lost, or damaged items during transit — but we’ll do our best to help.
