Online Return Policy – Little Swim Store
This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the Little Swim Store online platform.
1. Returns
Customers may request to return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for return, items must be:
In original, unused condition, Unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. For swimwear: the hygiene liner must be attached and intact
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused at the discretion of Little Swim Store.
2. Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is required for all return requests.
3. Store Credit Only
Little Swim Store does not offer refunds. Approved returns will be issued as a store credit in the form of an online voucher.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Little Swim Store is not liable for returns lost in transit.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Personalised or custom-made products
